Interesting video – do we ever have a fresh, new start, even to each day? I think, YES.
Although also a remnant of the past, am not bound by, or to it. Choices, choices : )

I agree each day is a new day for a new start, I tell myself a lot especially when sad thoughts from the past surface start to surface.
I do like this video is deeply emotional, but it makes me smile at the same time.
